These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Polanyi Consulting (“Polanyi,” “we,” “us”) website. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Polanyi Consulting is an operational-investigation firm based in Houston, Texas. We conduct AI-led phone interviews and deliver a process map and written report to the leadership that commissions the work. Contact us at PolanyiConsulting@gmail.com.
2. The website versus an engagement
These Terms cover the public website only. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between Polanyi and the client. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed engagement agreement, that engagement agreement controls for that engagement.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or related infrastructure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, or introduce malicious code.

Interviews conducted as part of an engagement are recorded only with the participant's consent and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We treat engagement information as confidential and share findings only with the commissioning client.

The site may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and their terms and policies govern your use of their services.
7. Disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Content on the site is for general information only and is not professional, legal, financial, or operational advice.
